Kowloon City District Children’s Chorus

宗旨： 本團為一非牟利之音樂團體，於一九八二年成立。
目的： 1.培養兒童對音樂之興趣及認識
        2. 發掘栽培兒童音樂潛質及培養團隊精神
        3. 推廣合唱音樂活動

逢星期六下午假紅磡高山劇場一樓排練室(2)及會議室
幼兒組A  （5-6歲）：二時至三時
幼兒組B/C（4-5歲）: 三時至四時 / 四時至五時
兒童組（7-10歲）   ：二時至三時三十分
少年組（11-14歲） ：三時三十分至五時

課程內容：
幼兒組：適合初學音樂的兒童，教授基礎的歌唱技巧、運氣、咀型的配合、發聲方法、簡單樂理、律動、節奏、音階、音樂聆聽及繪畫。
兒童組：合唱團基礎班、教授中、英文歌曲，發聲練習、運氣、咬字及視唱技巧。
少年組：著重發聲練習、咬字、視唱技巧、練習歌唱技巧、樂理外，更可學習英文歌曲。
費用：每月220元（每季的第一個月繳交三個月費用）
       兒童組及少年組另交歌譜費每月10元
        (試音時請交報名費$20，取錄與否，概不發還)

報名方法：
請填妥報名表連同正面近照乙張，寄或交回九龍土瓜灣長寧街5-9號嶺南大廈2樓2室，九龍城區兒童合唱團收，本團將另函通知試音。

The Kowloon City District Children’s Chorus was established since 1982 and it has been growing rapidly with the supports of Kowloon City District Council, Kowloon City District Office, Leisure and Cultural Services Department, and Music Office. We aim at providing a comprehensive musical training which includes singing technique, music appreciation, vocal training, musical theory training, sight-singing training and aural training. Apart from performing at district functions, the choir members got chances to visit overseas such as Manila (1992), Guangzhou (1993), Perth(1995), Vienna(1996), Shanghai(1997),(2004) , Singapore(2005), Shenzhen(2006) and Xiaman (2008) .

Our Chorus is composed of Four classes:
 Children Music Activity Group (A /B/C)    Aged 4-6      Musical theory
                                                                                      Movement, Rhythm
Children singing Group                               Aged 7-10   Choral, vocal
Youngster Singing Group                                   11-14   Musical theory, Aural
                                                                                     Pronunciation

Practices are held every Saturday afternoons at Ko Shan Theatre rehearsal room.(2)  and committee room.
